If a marathon or half marathon seems a bit much but you’d still like to take on a challenge for the RHN, then why not take part in one of the UK’s most famous road-races?

The British 10k takes in some of London’s most well-loved sights. With an achievable distance and fundraising target (only £200), it’s a win-win event.
