Our community service opens new doors for people living in the community with neuro-disabilities. Using a combination of treatment, therapy and recreation we help each person maintain and improve their abilities, build their self confidence, and enjoy more fulfilling lives.

How we help
Working in partnership with community and wheelchair services, we offer affordable individual care packages that meet each person's nursing and therapy needs, including:

-	Individual neuro-rehabilitation care Assessment and nursing from our team of neuro-disability experts to help maintain skills, slow deterioration and improve self sufficiency. The team includes specialists in tissue viability, continence care, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and nutrition. Our pool is also available.
-	Access to specialist services Access to a range of the RHN’s services including music therapy and assistive technology.
-	Social interaction and a support network Fun activities to experience with family, and plenty of opportunities to meet new friends living locally with neuro-disabilities.
-	Relaxation and leisure activities Massages, soothing multi-sensory stimulation, and much more.
-	Respite for carers Expert neuro-nursing so that carers can enjoy some time away from caring.
