Neuro-behavioural Rehabilitation Unit

We offer a full rehabilitation service for people whose acquired brain injuries have led them to develop challenging behaviours such as screaming, aggression or withdrawal. As a team of neuro-disability specialists, we help each patient regain as much physical and social independence as possible.
 
How we help
We use proven positive behavioural support methods and a non-aversive approach to tailor an individualised programme which:

-	reduces the frequency of a patient's 'inappropriate' behaviours and creates lasting behavioural change.
-	strengthens a patient's functional, cognitive and social skills using intervention, rehabilitative care and therapeutic programmes.
-	educates and supports carers in reasoning, coping and managing a person’s challenging behaviours.
