15 September 2010: Row Hard for Neuro-disability
Join us on 15 September 2010, in the heart of the city, when we will hold the
first land-based corporate rowing challenge on the decks of a 613ft WW2 warship
which also served in Korea, carrying 950 servicemen.
Event registration will begin at 18.00, allowing sufficient time for teams to
meet and warm up on the two machines positioned at the bow of the ship (for your
very own Titanic moment!) Teams will then be allocated time slots to compete, as
8 teams will be rowing at a time. Our Olympic rowers will be keeping an eye on
you – so no cheating!
The competition itself will begin at 18.30, finishing no later than 20.00
depending on numbers. Following your trials, you can enjoy refreshments and
entertainment on the upper deck of the ship, before winners are announced and
prizes given at 20.45.

We have a range of challenges at our fingertips and can even organise bespoke trips if you and your friends want to get together to raise funds.

We are looking for 20 brave recruits to take part in a tandem skydive! You don't have to have any experience and will be harnessed to a professional parachute instructor; so why not take a leap into the unknown and help us raise £8,000 for the RHN?
14 August 2010: Zambezi Canoe and School Challenge more info
Witness some of Africa's spectacular scenery and wildlife on this amazing 11 day trip. Spend three days helping with community projects, before heading off to the stunning Victoria Falls. Finally, enjoy three days canoeing down the mighty Zambezi River.
24 September - 3 October 2010: Peru Adventure Challenge more info
Immerse yourself in ancient Peruvian culture, trekking and exploring the remote Lares region of the Peruvian Andes. If you have a love of landscape, a passion for history and a taste for adventure, this is for you!
8-17 October 2010: China Trek more info
Take part in an Oriental adventure for the RHN: trek the Great Wall, visit Beijing and even get the chance to take part in a giant 400ft zip slide! The perfect adventure for those with a passion for culture and a sense of adventure.
27 January – 5 February 2011: Kilimanjaro Trek
We’re looking for
adventurous volunteers to trek to the summit of Africa’s
highest mountain! Be prepared to immerse yourself in the tranquillity of the
jungle, spectacular wildlife and breathtaking glacier views.
28 April – 7 May 2011: Peru Trek
A trek in the
Lares region of Peru.
Discover ancient culture and experience diverse scenery such as tropical Andean
rainforests, the snow capped mountain ranges of the Andes and of course Machu Picchu, one of the
world’s most important archaeological finds.
11- 15 May 2011: London
to Paris Cycle
An exhilarating
bike ride connecting two of the worlds most chic cities on one of the best
cycling routes in Europe. Cycling through
beautiful English villages and into stunning rural France you’ll pass historical
landmarks and famous battlefields from World War I.
