The RHN is experienced in working with people with a range of neurological conditions and brain injury.
We can help people who have had brain injuries and who need assessment, intensive rehabilitation, and also those who require long-term care with conditions such as
- Huntington’s disease
- prolonged disorder of consciousness (PDOC)
- locked-in syndrome
and those who may need specialist services including
- ventilator support
- specialist behavioural service
- alternative augmentative communication
We help those with the most complex of health needs and disabilities, this includes people with a degenerative or progressive conditions. The patients we support usually have complex physical challenges alongside their neuro-disability.
We also care for people as they approach the end of their life.
