Commission learning, strengthen capability, improve outcomes

Whether you are looking to upskill an existing workforce, build neuro-disability capability across a system, or commission bespoke programmes, our Academy can partner with you to deliver specialist education with real-world impact.

Who can benefit?

Our Academy is designed for the full range of organisations delivering care for people with complex neurological conditions.

NHS Trusts (Acute and Community)

Supporting workforce development, progression, and retention through specialist education.

Independent sector and neuro care providers

Providing competency assurance in areas such as tracheostomy, ventilation, and complex rehabilitation.

Integrated Care Boards (ICBs)

Building system-wide capability to improve flow, reduce reliance on inpatient settings, and strengthen community provision.

Ultimately, this is about better outcomes, stronger advocacy for families, and more coordinated multidisciplinary care.

Funding and sponsored places

A range of external grants, bursaries and funded opportunities may be available to help towards the cost of undertaking our courses. We encourage prospective students to explore these opportunities alongside their application to the RHN Academy.

Brain Injury Group (BIG) Neuro Champion – Fully Sponsored Places

We are delighted to be working in partnership with the Brain Injury Group (BIG) to offer two fully sponsored places on RHN Academy’s academic modules commencing in January 2027.
