Speech and Language Therapy as a Career
Are you interested in becoming a speech and language therapist (SLT)?
This is a taster webinar for potential SLT students run by specialist speech and language therapists from the Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability.
The online taster course will give you an introduction to the role of SLT, who we work with, where we work, case examples as well as insight into how we treat adults with communication and swallowing difficulties following brain injury. You will also hear first-hand from one of our previous SLT students all about her experiences. We will give you information to help you decide if SLT is the career for you and provide guidance in the application process.
