Join Team RHN on your own terms and conquer the London Marathon Your Way!

If you were unlucky to secure a place this year at the main event, you have an injury or simply require extra time, don’t worry there is an opportunity to still get the official medal and be part of 2026 athletes completing the TCS London Marathon.

Join the inspiring Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability (RHN) Team and run 26.2 miles in the world famous TCS London Marathon (My Way) 

Whether you want to amble along country lanes or power over hills, the TCS London Marathon MyWay is your chance to complete 26.2 miles however and wherever you wish on Marathon Day. Please note you can’t complete the distance indoors or on a treadmill.

Date: You can complete the distance from 00:00 to 23:59:59 BST on Sunday 26 April 2026

We are looking for dedicated and motivated runners to support people living with life changing brain injury and neurological conditions.

Fundraising commitment:

  • £20 registration fee
  • £300 fundraising minimum target

There are approximately 954 Acquired Brain Injury admissions per day to UK hospitals – that’s one every 90 seconds. Please help raise money for patients and residents at our charity hospital living with severe brain injuries and conditions.

  • No minimum fundraising target*

*To receive a RHN running vest, we require a minimum fundraising of £50(For Own Places Only)  to ensure costs are covered and as much of the fundraising as possible directly goes to supporting adults with severe brain injuries and neurological diseases.
