Thames Path Challenge

Walk, jog or run the Historic Tow Path!

Join over 3000 others as they follow England’s greatest river, which heads upstream from Putney Bridge past Hampton Court to Runnymede of Magna Carta fame at 50km, then on past wonderful scenery all the way to Henley. With half & quarter distance options – there’s a challenge for everyone.

You can enter as an individual, or why not take it on as a team!

This event is supported with rest stops, trek masters, food, drink and first aid along the route, finishing with a medal, t-shirt and a glass of fizz to celebrate!

Full Challenge- 100km

Sat 7- Sun 8 Sep

Choose whether to take on this challenge as a 24hr walk (day and night), or the two day option and complete 50km on the Saturday and 50km on the Sunday.

Half Challenge- 50km

Sun 8 Sep

You can choose which 50km you would like to walk- the first or last half of the route.

Quarter Challenge- 25km

You can choose from 4 different options to complete this challenge.
