Jane is an accomplished executive and non-executive leader with over 10 years of experience at KPMG where she led teams in auditing major financial institutions and was responsible for the firm’s global strategy

Jane has over 30 years of experience advising clients in the financial services sector on tax, accounting, and risk management issues and has participated in statutory audits.

A non executive director at Enigma Healthcare based in Singapore and formerly the Chairman and CEO of Wilkinson Healthcare.

A non executive director of ORX Association and Group Head of Operational Risk, Group General Manager of the HSBC Group.

Dominic Fairclough

A partner in the personal injury and clinical negligence team at Russell-Cooke solicitors, whose expertise includes advising on obstetric and neurological injury claims.

The Right Reverend Christopher Foster

Christopher Foster joined the Board in 2021. He has been an ordained priest for over forty years. He served for twenty years as bishop, successively, of Hertford and Portsmouth and was a Member of the House of Lords 2014 to 2021.

Chief Executive at Barnet Hospital, an executive director of the Royal Free London, and a registered nurse.

Debbie Hill

Works for Unilever PLC where she has held a variety of roles, including Head of Risk Management, Digital Transformation Director, CFO of Unilever’s Malaysia and Singapore businesses and Treasury director.

Holds the CIMA professional accountancy qualification.

Ali Shah

Worked at the Commission For Racial Equality head office for 25 years, combating racial discrimination and promoting equality of opportunity and diversity at the local and national level, striving towards a fair and just society.

Ali is the RHN’s Trustee Health and Safety Champion.

Dr Chris Streather

Worked as regional Medical Director for NHSE in London, Royal Free London, HCA International, Health Innovation Network and South London Healthcare NHS Trust and NHS hospital trusts in Brighton, London and Cambridge. St George’s University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

In 2008 he was the clinical director for London as the capital’s stroke services were comprehensively redesigned.

Salah is Director of Finance and Resources at Kings College Hospital Charity and is a Board Director at EMD UK where he chairs Finance & Audit Committee.
