RHN Shines on the Global Stage at the ANCC Pathway to Excellence® Conference in New Orleans!

Last week, our team joined 14,000+ nurses from around the world in New Orleans, celebrating RHN’s Pathway to Excellence® designation. The prestigious accolade, received by the RHN in August, highlights the dedication and resilience of our incredible staff.

Our team had the opportunity to connect with global leaders and participated in sessions covering nursing leadership, quality improvement, and wellness initiatives. From inspiring keynotes—like Robin Arzón’s empowering session—to practical insights on leadership and well-being, our team brought back new tools and fresh energy to support our community.

Key Themes We’re Bringing Home:

The conference focused on three key themes that align with RHN’s mission:

• Engagement and Recognition: Recognising staff contributions fosters growth and resilience.
• Compassion and Kindness: Supporting staff well-being through compassion is vital to patient care.
• Leadership and Empowerment: Empowering nurses to lead themselves and others is key to high-quality care.
