The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union. It also addresses the export of personal data outside the EU. The primary aim is to give citizens and residents control of their personal data and to simplify the regulatory environment for international business by unifying the regulation within the EU.

RHN Statements

Gender pay gap statement (pdf)

The RHN fully supports the Gender Pay Gap (GPG) Reporting requirement, that came in to effect in April 2018. The Gender Pay Gap focuses on the differences in average pay between men and women and looks at the mean and median, pay and bonuses, and proportion of male and female employees in different pay bands.

The RHN is committed to regularly reviewing and monitoring the Gender Pay Gap.

Modern slavery statement (pdf)

In 2015 UK Parliament introduced the Modern Slavery Act, designed to tackle the growing issue of people trafficking and modern day slavery. As this legislation applies to UK businesses we have published a statement that explains the steps we have taken to prevent slavery in our business and our supply chain.
Whilst we can’t guarantee that our supply chain is completely free of slavery, we are committed to taking measures to eradicate it where it exists and monitor the effectiveness of these measures.
