Fundraising

Fundraising

Fundraising has been a crucial part of the RHN’s history and in fact, Charles Dickens was an important early supporter of the RHN leading fundraising campaigns in the early 1850s, which helped raise the funds necessary to open and expand as a new charity.

Through our community’s fundraising and donations, we can provide life-enhancing services for our patients and their families. Whether you’re running a marathon or holding a bake sale, your support is incredibly important to us.

If you would like to fundraise for the RHN, please email us events@rhn.org.uk or Click here for our donations page. Click here to see our fundraising events:

In 1995, members of the local community started an annual Scottish Ball using the RHN’s beautiful Victorian ballrooms.

The event continues and has raised around £100,000!

“Being a volunteer, a Scottish dancer and living locally I helped organise the event as it’s a fun way to support RHN.” Carol, RHN volunteer and supporter
